Dear Parishioners,
Welcome back as we begin the public celebration of Mass again at our Parishes. As we begin coming back to Mass it is important for all to remember, especially the elderly and those with any underlying health conditions, that you are all still dispensed from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass. The Archdiocese of Cincinnati tells us, “The Catholic faithful who reside in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and all other Catholics in the archdiocese continue to be dispensed from the obligation of attending Sunday Mass. Those who are at risk or fearful that they or their family might become sick are encouraged to stay home and join the Church by viewing live-streamed Masses.”
For those who do wish to come back to Mass, you may attend any of the Masses celebrated any day of the week. The Masses we have scheduled at different times during the day, will help us spread out the number of people who attend any one of the Masses, as there is a limited amount of seating at each Mass. This is done to maintain the 6 feet proper social distance between people at each Mass for the safety of all.
In order to facilitate the amount of people who can attend Mass at any one time, the Parishes web page has a link to register for the Mass you would like to attend. The link is called, “Sign Up For Masses” which is on the front of the Parishes web page. Likewise, to accommodate everyone, all should choose a different Mass each week to attend, which will give all a chance to attend different Masses.
As we praise and worship God together again as the community of the Faithful at Mass, some of the other temporary changes that we will be in place are as followed:
1. All must wear a face mask while in the Church and maintain a safe distance of 6 feet from each other.
2. Hand sanitizer is provided for you as you enter the Church, or you may use your own hand sanitizer.
3. Holy Communion at this time may only be received in the hand.
4. Collection baskets will be at the entrances of the Church to place your envelopes in.
5. The Churches will be sanitized after each Mass.

In Jesus,
Fr. Dan
